Tufting Machine Usage and Care Policy

1. Preparation and Maintenance: Please read the manual thoroughly before use. Regular oiling of the machine is required each time it is used to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

2. Durability Assurance: We use the same model in our workshops, demonstrating its durability with proper maintenance. Regular cleaning and oiling can extend the machine's life significantly. Our experience shows these machines can last over two years with consistent care.

3. No Refund or Returns: All tufting machine sales are final. Inspect your machine upon receipt and report any defects or damages immediately so we can address them. For in-store pickups, please check the product before leaving the store.

4. Operational Knowledge: We do not provide operational tutorials with machine purchases. If you are new to tufting, we recommend attending one of our workshops to gain familiarity with the machine.

5. Support for Issues: If you experience difficulties, contact us via email or visit our store during business hours. While we cannot fix all issues—such as damage from drops or maintenance neglect—we can assist with some common problems like increased slider resistance or dull scissors. For manageable issues, you may send the machine to us or visit in person.
