Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please email us at least 14 days before your scheduled workshop. Include the name under which the booking was made and the order number in your email. If you cancel with the required notice, we will issue a refund minus a £10 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient as your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund process. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us directly.
For Bookings Within 14 Days: Please note that if you book a workshop less than 14 days before it occurs, the booking is considered final and non-refundable due to the limited preparation time. However, in such cases, we offer an alternative in the form of a gift card equal to the value of your original purchase, which can be used towards any future workshop.
Reschedule Policy: You may reschedule your booking up to a week prior to your workshop. The new date must be within two weeks of the original booking date, and you may only reschedule once. Please contact us to arrange this. After this time, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds.
For group bookings of more than 6 people, please note that these bookings are final and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If any individuals within the group are unable to attend, we are unable to offer a refund for those members. However, workshop iTicket purchasers will be offered the option to reschedule to another upcoming session or receive a credit for the value of their purchase for future use. Please ensure your group’s availability before booking
Gift Card Policy: Gift cards are non-refundable. Please consider this when purchasing.
Why We Have These Policies: Our workshops have limited spots, and each booking holds a space that could have been filled by another interested participant. Last-minute cancellations or reschedules mean a lost opportunity not just for another participant, but for our business as well, as filling spots on short notice can be challenging.
