Workshop Participation Agreement

Welcome to Tadatuft!
Before you complete your booking, please read and agree to the following terms to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for you and all participants in your group.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks:
Participating in tufting and crafting activities involves certain risks, including injuries from using sharp and mechanical equipment. By checking this box, you and all participants in your group acknowledge and accept these risks.

2. Compliance with Safety Guidelines:
You and all participants in your group agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Tadatuft staff. Failure to adhere may result in termination of participation.

3. Release of Liability:
You and all participants in your group release Tadatuft, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims related to injuries that occur during the workshop, except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct by Tadatuft.

4. Responsibility for Damages:
If you or any participant in your group causes damage to equipment or facilities due to negligence, you agree to pay for necessary repairs or replacement as determined appropriate by Tadatuft.

5. Personal Belongings:
Tadatuft is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items or belongings during the workshop.

6. Use of Image and Feedback:
Tadatuft may take photographs during the workshop, which could be used for promotional purposes. By agreeing, you grant Tadatuft the right to use images of you and your group, along with any feedback provided.

7. Cancellation Policy:
Please refer to our cancellation policy on our website for details on how to cancel your booking if necessary.

8. Compliance with Workshop Rules:
